Making Sure Your Amenities and Members are Ready for Summer
In this presentation, Attorney Cynthia Jones of Sellers, Ayers, Dortch & Lyons, PA and Jeff Frey, Jr. of AquaTech Pool Management Group, discuss a number of things board members need to know when preparing to open their community amenities for summer. Topics covered include capacity limitations, cleaning procedures, sign requirements, and how to handle things like snack bars and spectator events. The presenters will also go over liability issues and what should be done in the event someone tests positive for Covid.
