When Water Happens - How to Deal With Water Losses in NC Condominiums
Please note: This webinar was presented to condominium owners in Charlotte, NC, and therefore focuses on North Carolina laws. However, it contains great information for board members everywhere.
In this presentation, Attorney Harmony Taylor and Insurance Professional Andrew Bateman discuss what should be done when water leaks occur in condominiums. When water leaks are discovered, they must be addressed immediately. And, in addressing these issues, the initial focus should remain on the issue itself and not on who is responsible for the leak. Topics covered in this presentation include issues of responsibility, the importance of appropriate insurance coverage, when claims might be denied, and much more.
